Usage:
1. Add 3–4 grams of matcha powder (you can use 6 grams if you prefer a stronger flavor), then sift the powder.
2. Pour in an appropriate amount of warm water (between 60–80°C / 140–176°F). Whisk quickly in an "M" or "Z" motion until large bubbles form. Then slightly lift the whisk and gently stir on the surface of the tea. Slow down your motion a bit and avoid touching the bottom of the bowl.
3. Finally, draw a circle on the surface and gently lift the whisk.
