Shipping Policy

1) Order Processing Time
We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.

Weekends and public holidays are not included.

During promotional periods, processing may take 3–5 business days.
Order cut-off time: 7:00 PM (Hong Kong Time, HKT / UTC+8).
Orders placed after the cut-off may be processed on the next business day.
2) Fulfillment Origin (Hong Kong SAR)
To ensure efficient fulfillment and inventory management, orders are primarily packed and shipped from our Hong Kong SAR warehouse.
Customs & import taxes: International deliveries may be subject to customs clearance, which can affect transit times. Any import duties, VAT, or customs handling fees are generally the responsibility of the recipient, depending on local regulations.

3) Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days (after shipment)

Shipping fee: $9.99 USD

Free shipping: Orders over $50 USD (after discounts, before taxes/duties)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, weather, and peak seasons.
4) Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to your registered email address. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s official tracking website using that tracking number.
5) Address Changes
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.

We can assist with address changes only before the order is shipped.

Once shipped, the shipping address cannot be modified.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
6) Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged on Arrival
If your package arrives with obvious damage, please:

Take photos of the outer box, shipping label, and the damaged item(s), and

Contact us as soon as possible at support@loomiitea.com so we can assist.
Marked “Delivered” but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update. We will help you investigate with the carrier.
For confirmed lost packages, we will arrange a replacement shipment or a full refund, depending on inventory availability and the investigation result.
7) Holiday Shipping Arrangements
Shipping services may be affected during major holidays and peak seasons. Please refer to announcements in our store for specific arrangements.
